Alteration Of Objects And Rules
- 16.1 The objects and rules may be altered by special resolution at a general meeting.
- 16.2 The proposed alterations shall be included in the notice calling the general meeting.
- 16.3 The alterations shall take effect when the required notice of alteration of rules is lodged with the Registrar of Incorporated Associations unless some later date is specified in the special resolution adopting the alterations.
