- 15.1 The Seal of Nican shall be in the form of a rubber stamp, inscribed with the name Nican encircling the word 'Common Seal'.
- 15.2 The Seal of Nican shall not be affixed to any instrument except by the authority of the Board, and the affixing thereof shall be attested by the signatures of two members of the Board, or of one member of the Board and of the Public Officer of Nican or the Executive Director of Nican, as authorised by the Board and the attestation is sufficient for all purposes that the seal was affixed by authority of the Board.
- 15.3 The seal shall remain at the Registered Office in the custody of the Executive Director.
