2011 Disability Sport and Recreation Festival - Diversity in Disability

The Festival is a unique, interactive public event promoting healthy, physically

active lifestyles through participation in accessible and inclusive sport and

recreation opportunities. Supported by the Victorian Government, City of

Melbourne and Federation Square, the festival will include:

• Annual Victorian Disability Sport and Recreation Awards Breakfast;

• Community sport & recreation exhibition stalls;

• ‘Come and Try’ accessible sport & recreation activities;

• Mini-Conference ‘Strengthening your team through diversity’;

• Lunchtime Corporate Wheelchair Basketball Challenge;
