iKarate - For people with aspergers and high functioning autism

Karate develops and strengthens people both physically and mentally, producing a highly aware mind in a sound body. It develops concentration and co-ordination, improves reflexes, increases endurance, strengthens the will and aids character development while enhancing health and fitness.

The integrate Karate program will provide people aged above 10 years with asperger's and high functioning autism the opportunity to learn and develop Karate skills under chief Karate instructor Keith Geyer.

Come experience the first free trial session on Thursday 31 March, which will be followed by an eight-week program commencing in term 2.

Places are limited.  Bookings are essential.
