Trains And Stations

This is an excellent game that can be played by everyone. It is often played by people with cerebral palsy in the paralympics.

Players form a circle holding hands. One or more people (the stationmasters) are asked to leave the group. Two people in the circle are designated as the stations. When the stationmasters return, they are blindfolded and must try to guess the position of the train.

The train is passed around the circle by the squeezing of hands. Each time the train passes through a station, the station must say 'toot'. If the station wishes to change direction, they must say 'toot, toot' and squeeze the hand that just delivered the train to them. The stationmaster must find the train at one of the stations before it moves on.
