Organisations interested in undertaking a trial project of e-learning for people with disabilities, should submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) by noon, Eastern Standard Time (EST), Friday 10 June 2005.

The trials are being run by the 2005 Australian Flexible Learning Framework's (2005 Framework) E-learning for Target Learner Groups Project.

The 2005 Framework is a one-year, AUD$15 million national strategy collaboratively funded by the Australian Government and all States and Territories. It provides the vocational education and training (VET) system with e-learning skills, development opportunities, resources and support.

The Project aims to show which e-learning techniques are best suited to people with disabilities, develop case studies that identify how these students may be supported and where more work needs to be done.

The E-learning for Target Learner Group's Project will be looking for up to six organisations to conduct trial projects from July. Each organisation will receive up to AUD$25,000 for their project.

Anyone interested in submitting an EOI can download the documentation from http://www.flexiblelearning.net.au/targetlearners. Applications close at noon, EST, Friday 10 June 2005.
