The Spastic Center youth program
The Spastic Centre is starting a new youth program to provide activities for young people 14-18 years old living with Cerebral Palsy (CP). An opportunity to participate in social and recreational activities designed to challenge and inspire.
The Spastic Centre is commencing the “Get Out There” project to provide opportunities for young people to participate in social and recreational activities designed to challenge and inspire. Where young people can get together, hang out, meet some new people and try some activities they haven’t done before in a safe and welcoming environment. During these meetings we can identify issues and challenges young people face and together set goals and plan activities to overcome and achieve them. The program will have a youth centred focus that will evolve to be directed by the participating youth.
