Richmond Fellowship of Tasmania Inc

The Richmond Fellowship in Tasmania provides a statewide recreation and leisure program for people with psychiatric disabilities. The objectives of the Tasmanian group are to foster wellness by providing participants with normal social situations, to promote equity of access to recreation, to promote community awareness, and to enhance participants' social networks, social skills and quality of life. The strategies to achieve these are to provide early rehabilitation through recreational activities by establishing a recreation program. The Out & About Program operates in Hobart in the south and Launceston in the north. We also have a partnership with Project Hahn which offers more challenging activities for our client group.
