This is a Community Mental Health Service for residents who have a psychiatric disability.The Service is staffed by a multi disciplinary team. The service provides traditional outpatient services such as case management, medication review, and family work. The service works with local organisations to develop services for clients in the region. The Service has a CAT Team (Crisis Assessment Team) and a MS Team (Mobile Support Team), and a crisis outreach service.
