This is an emergency crisis respite service available 24hrs day 7 days week.The service is offered in the clients own home. A maximum of three days care is provided directly by the service in the event of a critical illness, acute carer stress or any other incident that occurs after hours or on weekends. A response will be provided within two hours of the call for assistance depending on support workers availablity. Hours of this service are 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. There is no charge for the service.
