Obsessive Compulsive Disorders Support Service

This is a support, information and referral service for people who have obsessive-compulsive disorders, their relatives and professional carers.The group also has an information resource centre and a network of members and relatives who wish to give mutual support. There is also a referral service listing psychiatrists, clinical psychologists, community nurses and social workers. There are three to four meetings each fortnight and also some social activities. This Service endeavours to increase public awareness, by producing numerous media articles, reports, etc. With the assistance of consulting specialists, there are surveys and research into the needs of clients and their treatment options.
