Old Mogo Town (Gold Rush Theme Park)

Assisted wheelchair accessible tourist attraction. Walk into a time warp and experience the living conditions of the 1850's in Old Mogo of the gold rush days from darkness in a Mine Tunnel to the bright lights of the Tavern. The story includes stone crushing, gold panning, bush ranger danger, Chinese impact and settlers' deprivations, all in a natural bush setting.Three sides of the property are bordered by Mogo State Forest. Tours, accommodation, lunches and bush dance dinners can all be arranged. Groups are required to book in advance. On-site activities are available through hands on history tailored to meet your groups needs and can cover life in Old Moto Town, arts & crafts, performance, communication & teamwork (fees apply).
