Parkview Community Access Service

This is a consumer driven service, with the focus on support and training for members to gain the skills needed to successfully access community run mainstream activities. Activities are planned on an 'as needs' basis. Clients plan their recreational pursuits according to their individual needs and staff assist by locating, assessing appropriate activities on suitable sites and by providing transport and general assistance to members as required. Many members have high support needs and there is a staffing ratio of one to two.
