This organisation provides services, after assessment of individual needs.Some of the services include the hire of mobility aids and equipment, home help, home modification, paramedical services, health services, attendant care, respite care, in-home sitting. There is an aged care assessment team which provides assessment regarding the need for alternative accommodation, or additional home support services, a country home advocacy project (CHAP) which provides a domiciliary care brokerage service, acting as a personal advocate for the individual clients ensuring that services are provided to meet the specific needs of people who are at the risk of institutionalisation.
