The Frankston Library offers a range of services for people with special needs. Service included: talking books, large print books, supertext captioned videos and DVDs with subtitles for the hearing impaired, colour CCTV magnifier and magnification sheets.Library resources can be delivered to people who are unable to come to the library due to disability, illness, frailty or are unable to carry items home.
