A highlight of day 2 of the conference will be a keynote address on emerging technology from scientist Bernie Hobbs, best known as a judge on ABC TV's The New Inventors and reporter on Catalyst, the nation's premier science show.

Bernie will also host a Q&A-style discussion on the National Disability Insurance Scheme.
