Arthritis Foundation of Victoria

The Foundation offers a wide variety of activities to help people with arthritis. Information needs are met by a telephone advisory service, a library, a public speakers bureau, and a range of publications. Personal support is offered in over one hundred self help groups throughout Victoria. The Foundation Offers a number of education courses, aimed at assisting the client to manage their condition. In addition, there are a number of exercise classes. The Foundation also provides funding for social, scientific and medical research. In addition to the services listed above, there is a group for parents of children with disabilities, a group for young adults, and a Phone Link support service for people unable to attend meetings.
