The Australian Music Centre is the national service organisation for Australian music, which exists to make available and encourage the widespread use of music created by Australians. It maintains a library collection of works by Australian composers (contemporary 'art' music) and an extensive collection of commercially available product across all genres of Australian musical expression.Its diverse membership and client base is comprised of composers, performers, the education sector (secondary and tertiary) and a range of international links through networks such as the International Association of Music Information Centres (IAMIC) and the International Society for Contemporary Music (ISCM).
