Ballarat YMCA (VIC)

All activities that the YMCA run are available to people with disabilities. The 'Y' has recently moved into a new building which is fully accessible. The YMCA has a creche available to people participating in activities at the 'Y'. It is well supervised and open to pre-school children. Opening hours are Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 8.45 am to 12.30pm, Tuesday 8.45 am to 1.30pm, Monday to Friday 4.00pm to 6.30pm and Saturday 9.00am to 12.00noon. Activities for people over 50 years include water aerobics and fitness classes and exercise classes. We are involved in a special program for people with disabilities involving a one to one or group involvement with the Coordinator and the participant/s. We offer any activity of your choice with recreation connection, such as gymnastics or water based activities.
