Clients should bring their health care card for emergency relief and personal Counselling services. Appointments are necessary for financial Counselling Legal Advice and Tax help .The service is impartial and independent. Information is available for all. All other services (other than emergency relief detailed above) are available for residents of the City of Kingston, and persons who work or attend educational facilities within the city. Appointments are necessary for legal, tenancy, counselling and housing services. An interpreter service is offered. Information in Hindi language, Dutch, Filipino, Tagalog, Indonesian, Malay is also available on site. Clients seeking emergency relief should bring their pensioner card. Eligibility for emergency relief is for residents of the local area bounded by Mordialloc Creek, Frankston Freeway, EEL Race Road, and Beach. While the office is open as detailed above, some services are only available at some times - Legal Service on Monday, Housing Service on Tuesday. Tax help is available each year from 1 July to 31 October. Financial counselling, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
