This is the council body providing services and facilities for all residents in this area.It is council policy to make services accessible to all. Measures taken to ensure this include council bus with fitted seat belts, the Botany Council pool has a hoist lift, all Council properties have been modified to meet new accessible access standards. There is continuing liaison with the Local Access Committee. Through this Committee Council provides support for and resources a variety of accessible services. Information is also available on wheelchair access to public buildings and tourist attractions. Access maps of the region may be available for visitors with a disability.
