This is a community association of people with disabilities, their families and workers from the disability field.CRU exists to support the development of leadership and authentic change, which enhances the possibilities for people with disabilities to belong to, and participate in community life. CRU was founded in 1988 and runs programs of information, guidance and education. CRU identifies issues, and explores and demonstrates new possibilities in the areas of community living, employment, inclusive education, service development and quality. CRU encourages and contributes to the development of people who are involved in change efforts, and especially interested in supporting services that are personalised, and individual and family focussed.
