Creating Links Peer Support Program

Trained staff and volunteers provide social support assistance and also group activities such as outings and recreation/leisure classes, but cannot offer personal care needs (toileting, showering etc).Classes are offered to people with a disability, in the evening and some Saturdays. Classes in music and film making. Outing, long day, 4th Saturday of month + every 2nd Wednesday, weekends away 3-4 times each year at subsidised cost. Youth Link, group activity 4. 30pm to 7.30 pm Thursday during school term + One Sat per month 9.30am - 3.30pm . Transport negotiable when required
