FOTP

Fitness on the Park welcomes men and woman of all ages and fitness levels and an emphasis on the older populations needs. Individual or group exercises offering personalised care with experienced instructors.In addition to the activities above, the FOTP operates over 250 classes per week. Some of the classes are back care, general fitness, folk dance, healthy heart fitness, walking, womens fitness classes with weights, Master Fitness (over 50's), swimming, aqua mobility and overseas walking trips each year. Personal training and rehabilitation are also available along with progressive resistance training and fitness circuits.
