Girl Guides Association - Upper Derwent, Tasmania

The Association trains and encourages girls to be useful citizens in their communities and to foster international friendships. To this end, guiding helps each individual to develop as a whole person, mentally, physically and spiritually through the weekly program, camps, hikes, community serve, etc. Guides are in age groups from six through to thirty years.The Tasmanian Girl Guides Association has a central office in Battery Point and 14 branches located throughout Tasmania. Please ring for information about groups who particularly make girls with disabilities welcome, providing facilities, assistance and encouragement.
