The Shire of Hay Home and Community Care Multi Services Outlet receives its funds under the Home and Comunity Care Program. The aim of the Program is to support frail aged and younger people with disabilities in their own homes.Services available include in-home or host family respite care. Community bus transport to Day Care, shopping and social activities. Minor/major maintenance to the home. Meals on Wheels - 2 course, seven day per week. Neighbour Aid assistance to medical appointments and specialist appointments out of town, friendly visiting service.
