Impact works in partnership with people living with disability or mental illness and provides services that aim to be supportive and enjoyable. Core services are listed as follows;

Mental Health Service - a Collaborative Recovery Model (CRM) of service delivery for people who have a mental illness, providing structured and semi structured recovery oriented day activities to increase people's confidence and skills in order to assist them to live independently in the community.

Impact Leisure Service (ILS) - a structured  and appropriately supported leisure and recreation service offering respite activities and holiday opportunities  for people with an intellectual disability

Individualised Support Service - a service that enables a person with a disability to maximise their independence and quality of life by extending and gaining appropriate skills.

Social Impact - a service that provides training to develop the social skills necessary to build and maintain meaningful relationships for people with intellectual disabilities
