Kaddy Transport

This is a transport service for people with disabilities.The Service is a partnership between Dee Why Uniting Church and the local community. Kaddy runs three modern buses with easy to operate hydraulic lifts and wheelchair clamps. The buses are used to take people on regular shopping trips, medical and dental visits. Kaddy also has an active social club which visits clubs, galleries etc. Kaddy has an open house on Mondays for senior citizens and people with disabilities. Participants make art and craft items which are sold on Kaddys street stalls. Kaddy also has a young adult group. The service has no funding, and uses volunteers.
