Wheelchair accessible tourist accommodation. The town area and water front trail & jetties are flat.  The owner is a retired nurse.  There is attendant care available in the town.  Most of the restaurants and all clubs plus pubs are wheelchair accessible.  Wheelchair taxi available in the town.   One of the cruise boats can accommodate wheelchairs giving you a wonderful cruise around the Gippsland Lakes.  Local winery is accessible. Fishing charters with assistance for some wheel chair users or frail walkers can be arrange .  The lakes have jetties & local rivers have fishing platforms.  Accessible public toilets in the town and the beach.   There is a sand wheelchair at the Surf Cub to access to the beach.  Town heated pool has a hoist with pre arranged assistance .

Ramped access from carpark to unit, clear door space of min 800mm, door has lever handle and is easily opened from seated position (handle 900-1100mm), clear space inside room at doorway to manoeuvre wheelchair. Space in room/unit between furniture to turn wheelchair (min 2250mm x 2250mm). Double bed in main bedroom, single bed and bunk second bedroom. Space alongside bed for transfer (min 800mm), bed and other furniture can be moved to provide 2250mm x 2250mm along one side of bed. Height of main bed 460mm, no details on space under bed, no details on whether bed can be raised. Light switches within reach of bed, coathanging space within reach from seated position 1350mm and tea making facilities within reach from seated position (table or bench 750-850mm).
