Mimosa Rocks National Park

Tourist attraction with some wheelchair access.A coastline park with headlands, caves and beaches. Managed by the NSW National Parks and Wildlife Service. MIDDLE BEACH - short paved walk to lookout, view over coastline, beaches and picnic area with gas barbecue. BITHRY INLET - tidal inlet with good beach, accessible over sand, uneven grassy area, picnic area with gas barbecue, swimming. BYO water, abundant birdlife, fishing and swimming (lagoon and ocean beaches). ARAGUNNU BEACH has facilities including picnic tables and gas BBQs, with a ramped access to one toilet, suitable for wheelchairs. There is a 300m long wheelchair accessible boardwalk to scenic viewpoints. Also a paved path to another viewing platform overlooking the beach. PICNIC POINT, MIDDLE BEACH AND GILLARDS BEACH also have basic camping facilities. Please remember to bring drinking water with you as there is none available at these areas. Camping fees $10 per adult per night, $5 per child (5-15) per night, payable on site. WAJURDA POINT LOOKOUT (use Nelson Lake Road and Moon Bay carpark) has a 500m step free path, (but not specifically designed for wheelchairs), steepest gradient in 7 for 10m, av gradient in23. Lookout platform with great elevated coastal views.
