It is pleased to assist general community groups by making its facilities available subject to availability. The complex has a large number of outdoor sport facilities, most of which have lighting for night play. The accessible indoor facilities include three multi purpose halls (catering for a number of indoor sports), a martial arts hall, meeting rooms, a sports medicine clinic, seven squash courts, a table tennis centre with six tables and a coffee shop. The swimming pool complex has two 25 metre indoor heated pools. One of the pools can be used as beach entry (wheelchair accessible). In addition there is a spa, sauna and steam room wheelchair accessible.
