The Gymnastic Association promotes the sport/art of gymnastics. This includes the seven disciplines, Men's Artistic (Competitive to Olympic level), Women's Artistic (Competitive to Olympic level), Rhythmic (Competitive to Olympic level), and General Gymnastics which covers the broad spectrum of recreational gymnastics from age 0 to end. The Gymnastic Association provides workshops and coaching courses. A special coaches acceditation is available for those interested in coaching athletes with a disability, known as a CAD course. A state squad for gymnasts with a disability is held at the state sports centre every Sunday morning.
