This is a special school for students with intellectual and associated disabilities.The School also caters for children with Autism. The main curriculum areas of the school aim to develop communication and computer skills, independent living skills, health and human relations, vocational skills, recreation, and the arts. A parents and friends group meets monthly and parents and caregivers are invited to attend professional development programs and work with teaching and paramedical staff to achieve the best outcome for each student. The school has a swimming pool, and students go on outings, and participate in recreational activities.
