Riding for the Disabaled (RDA) provides therapeutic and recreational horse and associated activities for people with disabilities. Horse riding provides a freedom of mobility and achievement not always possible. It enables a person with a disability to enjoy this unique form of exercise which aids co-ordination and balance, stimulates the mind and circulation, improves tone and muscle development as well as increases confidence and self esteem and other benefits. A medical consent form will need to be completed.
