The Council is the co-ordinating group for sixteen stamp clubs in both the metropolitan area and country districts.All club members, from beginners or established collectors, are offered advice on buying and selling, general collecting, exchanges, displaying stamps or collections and general sources of information. The Council runs workshops, holds exhibitions and produces guides, pamphlets and general philatelic literature. Please ring or write for details of clubs which have facilities, assistance or encouragement for people with disabilities who would like to collect stamps.
