Wheelchair Sports WA Association Inc

The AssociationÆs members are made up of people whose lives have, in some way, been touched by physical disability or by any condition that impairs coordination and mobility. These include those persons who have been impaired due to spinal injury, amputation, Cerebral Palsy and Spina Bifida.The Wheelchair Sports WA Association (Inc) is responsible for the management of all functions pertaining to wheelchair sport in Western Australia. Our athletes compete in State, National and International competition in 10 sports. The Association also runs events, training, and competitions for Wheelchair Sports members, to assist athletes be the best they can be. The Wheelchair Sports WA Association is represented in the National Wheelchair Basketball League and the National Wheelchair Rugby League. The Association also co-ordinates exciting recreational activities for those not so competitive minded.
